| At last, a compact single vacuum with all the features of larger model. Mod 127 is a compact 2 singlephase motor industrial vac. It's available in L M H versions where classified dusts have to be removed according to the EN 60335-2-69. It's also available in Stainless Steel: just container or container and filter chamber. The 127 is powered by 2 x 1.000 Watt by pass, self cooling motors mounted on a stainless steel AISI 304 support. The machine is supplied with a 9 metre long cable, the motors can work indipendently from each other by means of the on/off switches.In the control panel there is also an extra socket to plug other tools in. A manometer enables a visual control of the filter, hence of the global efficiency of the vac. The external manual filter shaker ensures an easy and hygienic filter cleaning. The cover is made of shockproof, scratch resistant ABS, while the filter housing, the dust bin and chasis are made of heavy duty steel painted with epoxy powders. The larger is the filter surface, the more effective is the filtration, that's why mod. 127 is fitted with a 1,95 m2, polyester star filter "L" Class as standard. In case absolute filtration were required, a HEPA filter with an efficiency of 99,995% (MPPS method) is available. The steel waste bin with a capacity of 38 litres is fitted with castors and easily removable through a patented, highly practical handle release system. The machine frame is made of heavy duty tubular steel to ensure robustness and a longer lifetime, there is also an useful basket tools in the back. Its manoeuvrability is ensured by means of 2 fixed wheels (Ø 150 mm) and 2 swivel ones with brakes.

| For the surface treatment processes, now there is mod. 125 The new model CFM 125 is the new industrial vacuum designed to operate with electrical tools, surface treatment machines… It can collect the dusty materials such as cement, resin, paint, wook produced during the surface treating processes. Model 125 is an industrial vacuum cleaner for dust and solid waste equipped with 2 single phase, by pass motors of 800 Watts each. Its filter chamber and bin are made of light, shock resistant plastic, ideal to easily move the vac from one place to the other. The head, shock-resistant as well, holds the manual filter shaker, granting an efficient cleaning of the "M" class Star filter supplied as standard. he inlet is on the bin and the collected material is conveyed directly into the paper bag supplied with the machine. An absolute "H" class HEPA 14 filter, for hazardous powders is also available and easy to fix. it is particularly suited to hold particles up to 0,18 µm (efficiency 99,995% measured with the M.P.P.S. method). A D. 50 mm fitting is supplied with the machine to connect the vac with a flexible pipe, which can be chosen among the wide range of CFM accessories. Two big wheels allow to easily move the vacuum even on rough surfaces as it may occur on building sites. A built in bin release system makes it extremely easy to empty the bin.

| Model 118 is a true industrial vacuum, though very small and light. It can be supplied in stainless steel, equipped with a HEPA filter and with a disposal container/safe bag for hazardous waste. It's available in L M H Class according to EN60335 2 69. Mod. 118 is a single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for dust and dry materials. It mounts one 1,2 hp by-pass motor inside a metal motor-head. The filter chamber contains a star-shaped polyester "L" filter as standard, that can be replaced by several types of filters according to the applications as Nomex, PTFE, antistatic ones. Furthermore an Hepa filter is available for toxic material. A lateral, standard & ergonomic filter shaker guarantees a long life for the filter. Easy to move from a site to another one thanks to its trolley on wheels. A simple and effective release container system allows the operator to take down the container on the floor, leaving all the remaining components together on the vac. Like this the emptying of the container becomes a very easy operation thanks to the practical handle that transforms it in a bucket on wheels. Besides the same container can include a paper bag or a safe bag, just adding the main inlet on it.

Vacuum cleaning is generally an accepted procedure in clean rooms down to class ISO 5 (ISO 4). Most of the IVT 1000 CR parts can be totally sterilized before introduction into clean room environment. The IVT 1000 CR models are manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316 (wheel base in AISI 304). The IVT 1000 CR H model offers a upstream HEPA H13 filter, and a downstream ULPA U15 filter for stopping carbon particulate generated by the motor. Paper dust bag or safe bag system for quick and easy disposal of material.
